What we do
We provide community support for patients with COPD and the home oxygen assessment service; and jointly we are actively involved with the pulmonary rehabilitation service for patients with COPD.
How we work
We are based at the SwICC where we offer clinic appointments.
We provide a domiciliary service for patient unable to access the clinic, and we visit Nursing and residential homes.
